I am currently a Political Science Ph.D. Candidate at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG). I am a member of Margem, a research group focused on democracy and justice at UFMG and a research associate ​​at the Governing the Digital Society at the Utrecht University in the Netherlands. I am also part of SAD (Anti-Disinformation Articulation Room).

My research explores governance and Big Tech power in the disinformation debate in Brazil

I have a Masters Degree in International Relations from RSIS at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. and Postgraduate specialization in Intellectual Property from FGV Law (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) in São Paulo, Brazil.

I am a consultant on platform governance and AI and write and talk about Big Tech, AI and governance.​​​

I have worked in the tech industry —Google and Facebook (Meta)— for over a decade in the field of T&S, governance and platform policy.
